No. Site walks and quotes are free and no-obligation. We'd rather scope properly up front than turn up to a job that wasn't what either of us expected.
Premium residential and resort-style estates — yes. Single suburban homes — not our focus. The minimum is usually a contract of meaningful scale, but we'll always tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Yes. ACDC chemical handling, AQF Level 3 / 5 arborists for tree work, $20M public liability, full workers comp. We can supply current certificates and a Safe Work Method Statement before any work begins.
Often, yes. We'll walk the site, agree the handover scope, and time the changeover so there's no gap in service. Most takeovers are completed within four to six weeks of contract sign-off.
Constantly. We're often the planting and softscape contractor on someone else's hardscape build, and we work closely with architects on design-build refresh projects. Send us the drawings and we'll quote off them.
